Essential Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master of Computer Application/Computer Science or Master of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required .

Job Responsibilities:

  • Problem Ticket response, resolution, escalation and follow-through till ticket closure. Ensuring response to issues reported by Incident
  • Team within agreed service levels and business priorities
  • Daily System monitoring to capture system performance, Db growth etc.
  • Prepare & Publish daily System batch timing reports
  • Week-end execution of purging jobs, data defragmentation by re-organizing data-sets
  • Release deployment (code promotion) in various environments i.e. Production & UAT
  • Timely escalations to seniors for quick incident resolution.
  • Ensuring updation of Knowledge base documentation
  • Appropriate action to be initiated for respective alerts / daily monitoring reports.
  • Undertake activities to capture system utilization, DB growth pattern
  • Undertake detailed study of System/Database health check reports.
  • Dedicated support & monitoring during month-end/critical batches.
