Job Responsibilities:

  •  managing customer Complaints, TAT Productivity, Cross Training, Attendance, updating Trackers and Dashboard, ANZ Values,
  •  prepare documents, progress draw requests, partial discharges, account maintenance functions, handling customer phone enquiries and other tasks in relation to the resolution of customer requests
  • Process Improvement Ideas
