Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory Authority, under the Ministry of Railways, set-up by an Amendment to the Railways Act, 1989, for development of vacant Railway Land for commercial use for the purpose of generating revenue by non-tariff measures. Applications are invited from dynamic, experienced and motivated Persons working in Central Govt. / State Government/ Indian Railways / Public sector undertakings / Statutory Authorities for the under mentioned posts on deputation basis only:
1) GM/Projects:

Eligibility Criteria:
SAG/SG officers with a minimum of 17 years of Group A service in the civil engineering cadre of Indian railways.
Desirable: Previous experience of Land/Estate Management.
2) JGM/Civil:

Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Town Planning/or Equivalent. Post Graduate in Urban / Town Planning or Environmental Engineering or Transportation Engineering or Town Planning / or Equivalent Member of Institute of Town Planning of India. Technical Experience 5 years for Graduate & 3 Years for post Graduate.

Working on analogous post or in a grade not lower than revised grade Rs. 9300-34800 with GP of Rs. 4200/- with four years of regular service in Accounts Department of Indian Railways and have working knowledge of computers.
Desirable: (i) Candidates who have passed the Appendix 2 Exam according to Indian Railways Establishment Manual.

10) Office Assistant / HR:

Essential: Employees should be from stenographic cadre and have proficiency in typing, shorthand and knowledge of computers.
13) Hindi Translator :

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates working in a Central Govt / State Govt / Indian Railways / PSUs of Central Govt & State govt / PSEs / Statutory Authority’s employee working on regular basis in the analogous post or in the immediate next below pay scale i.e. Rs 9300-34800 with GP of Rs. 4200/(revised) on regular basis.
Essential: Masters Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level. OR Recognized Diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Govt. Offices, including Govt. of India Undertaking.
Desirable:(i) Knowledge at the level of Matriculation of a recognized Board or equivalent of one of the languages other than Hindi mentioned in the Eight Schedule of the Constitution.
(ii) Degree in Translation from Hindi to English or vice versa from recognized University of equivalent.
14) Draughtsman:

Eligibility Criteria:

Essential: Employees should be drawn from Engineering Cadre. Diploma in Civil Architecture Engg, knowledge of computers and application of Auto Cad.
