RBI Recruitment 2013 – 525 Assistant Vacancies
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced the recruitment for 525 Assistant Vacancies in various offices of the bank. Selection for this post will be through competitive online examination followed by the interview. The monthly gross pay for this post is Rs 21,419/- excluding other perquisites. Annual pay including all allowances will be approx. Rs 2,90,000/- per annum on a cost of bank basis.

Online Test date: 20.07.2013, 21.07.2013, 27.07.2013, 28.07.2013
Detail of Vacancies:
Required Eligibility to Apply: Candidates should complete following eligibility criteria to apply for this post (as on 01-05-2013):
i) At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on PC.
ii) A candidate belonging to Ex-servicemen category should either be a graduate from a recognized University or should have passed the matriculation or its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15 years of defence service.
iii) Candidates applying for post in a particular state should be proficient in the language of the state i.e. know to read, write, speak and understand the language.
Pattern of Examination: Online test include the given sections and candidates have to qualify in each part of the test separately. The Online Examination will be for 200 marks and is tentatively scheduled to be held on 20.07.2013,21.07.2013,27.07.2013,28.07.2013
Note: – The above tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
– A candidate has to qualify in each part of the Objective test separately. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates will have to pass in each of the objective tests.

For OBC/General: Rs 400/-

Is there any sectional wise cutoff for this RBI exam???

yup there will be sectional wise cutoff
which will be decided by the bank after d xam
Last year in rbi cut off was 154 for gen where no of post was 1000.
This time post is 525 so i think cut off will be more may be 160 so guys abhi se lag jao
when weil the hall ticket issued? what we should do with that printed application?

I have received the confirmation mail from RBI, with Registration number and password. But what will be date and center of examination was not mentioned.
In order to remove this ambiguity,please tell us how to select the date (viz. 20/21/27/28 July’13) and know address of center.
