Notification for the common interviews of CWE- Specialist Officers II is out. All the candidates who have been declared successful in CWE Specialist Officer-II will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by IBPS.

Important Dates:

Download of call letters for Interview After: 14.05.2013
Conduct of Interview: 27.05.2013 onwards
Declaration of combined result of CWE and Interview: Third week of June 2013
Notification of vacancies of each of the Participating Banks: Third week of June 2013
Registration of order of preference for banks by the successful candidates: Fourth week of June 2013
Allotment: Second week of July 2013

Note that:

  • Email and sms intimation regarding the date, time and centre of Interview will be sent to candidates to the details specified by the candidate in the online application form while registering for CWE Specialist Officers-II.
  • Candidates must necessarily produce the relevant documents in original and a photocopy in support of their identity and eligibility pertaining to category, nationality, age, educational qualifications, qualifying marks, etc.
  • On completion of the interview process  IBPS will publish notification giving the state-wise and categorywise vacancies in Participating PSBs.
  • Same procedure as done for CWE PO-II & CWE Clerk-II for registration will be followed to obtain the order of preference of banks through a registration process which will be available on IBPS website.
  • Based on merit cum preference, candidates, successful in both the CWE-specialist officers-II and Interview may receive an offer from one of the Participating PSBs, depending on the vacancies in each bank of his/ her preference.

Selection Procedure:

For Office Assistant (Multipurpose), Officer Scale-I, Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer) – RRB SCORE

Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and marks obtained in Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

For Officer Scale-II (Marketing, Treasury & Agricultural Officer)- IBPS SPECIALIST OFFICER SCORE

Selection will be made on the basis of performance in IBPS score in each test and/ in aggregate in the common written examination conducted for public sector Bank for specialist Officer conducted by IBPS in March 2012 and personal interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on aggregate marks obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and personal interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

BOND:

Selected Candidates in Officers & Office Assistant Cadre will have to execute indemnity
bond as under:-

Selection Procedure:

a. Shortlisting of Candidates for Training:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic record and suitability to the post. For such shortlisting, Bank may conduct a written test and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview etc., if required.

b. Selection Process for Recruitment:

  • Bank will be conducting Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview for the candidates who have been certified successful in training for recruitment to the posts of Prob. Officers and Clerks,.

Merely satisfying the eligibility norm does not entitle a candidate to be called for Written Test / GD / Personality Test / Interview. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the GD / Interview after preliminary screening / short-listing with reference to candidates qualifications, suitability, experience, etc.

Pattern of Written Examination:

The written examination will consist of 4 sections namely (100 Marks)

  • Requisite Fees is to be paid in any of the Core Banking Branch of the Bank by Fee Payment Receipt.
