IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS conducted a common written exam (CWE) for 19 participating PSU banks in India. Out of 40 Lakh candidates who have appeared for this exam in Nov-Dec 2011, lakh candidates were able to successfully cleared the IBPS Exam.
