Punjab National Bank (PNB), India’s 2nd biggest nationalised bank released the 4th list of the selected candidates for the post of Single Window Operator ‘A’ In Clerical Cadre (written test was held on 19.06.2011) in respect of states of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhatisgarh, Delhi, Gujrat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka , Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand AND West Bengal.

Bank also released the joining schedule of the selected candidates. Date of reporting is 21.08.2012. All The selected candidates are asked to report at 10.00 a.m.on the date of reporting at allocated venue for completing joining formalitiesand 2 week’s residential induction training.

This recruitment can produce negative effect for the IBPS selected candidates as this will fill many clerk vacancies in PNB, reducing the number of seats for IBPS candidates.

Bank of Baroda (BoB) is the highest profit-making PSU bank in India and the third largest PSU bank in terms of number of total business in India. Bank of Baroda invited applications for 2000 Clerical post in June 2012 from Indian citizens who have taken the Common Written Examination for Clerical cadre conducted by IBPS in 2011, subject to fulfillment of other eligibility criteria. Although BOB earlier required Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India; or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by central government as essential qualification but again bank asked those who  has passed out the corigendum according to which the eligibility criteria has been relaxed to 10+2 minimum rather than graduation for these vacancies, but again students those who are 12th pass can also apply for these vacancies.

Bank has released the final results on the basis of performance of the candidate in Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS and personal interview.
Selected candidates will be considered eligible for appointment in Clerical Cadre in Bank of Baroda on being found medically fit, verification/submission of requisite certificates/ documents, etc.

Bank will send necessary intimation to the selected candidates about the details regarding the medical
examination & completion of other formalities etc through emails.

Andhra Bank who had announced recruitment for 600 Clerical Cadre posts for candidates qualified in IBPS Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in NOV/DEC-2011 for clerical cadre in April,2012 has finally relesed the list of shortlisted candidates for clerical interviews.

Minimum qualification to apply was a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum age of 18 years and maximum of 28 years.

Interviews are scheduled from 06.08.2012 to 14.08.2012 at different venues.

UCO Bank who had released the list of shortlisted candidates for interviews of 1000 Clerical Cadre posts has now released the revised list of shortlisted candidates. UCO Bank invited ON-LINE applications, from candidates qualified in IBPS Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in NOV/DEC-2011 for clerical cadre and are holding a valid score card issued by IBPS, for recruitment in CLERICAL CADRE.

Interview of shortlisted candidates will be conducted at 22 different centres from 06.08.2012 to 11.08.2012.
Details of the interview schedule will be informed to selected candidates by E-mail and they can download their interview call letter from bank’s website from 26.07.2012 to 11.08.2012.

UCO Bank who has released the list of shortlisted candidates for interviews of 1000 Clerical Cadre posts and scheduled interviews at 20 different centres from 16.07.2012 to 20.07.2012 has Postponed the Interviews.
Bank has not declared any reason for this delay but stated it as due to unavoidable reasons.Revised dates for interview will be notified later on bank’s website.
We will update you the new scheduled dates as soon as Bank will announce.
