Aryavart Kshetriya Gramin Bank,sponsored by Bank of India was constituted  after amalgamation of two Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) namely Aryavart Gramin Bank and Kshetriya Kisan Gramin Bank.

The Bank released the list of candidates shortlisted for interview for the post of officer Scale-I, II,III and office assistant (Multipurpose).

The bank has released list of documents candidates are required to bring during the interview and important notification for the candidates who has not received their call letters yet.

Bank could not receive names in some categories in the ratio of 1:3 against the  vacancies.Therefore, the vacancies are being kept vacant for want of suitable  candidates.

The Bank had invited applications for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale III), Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

NOW, everyone must be waiting for their INTERVIEW CALL but there will be DELAY in Interviews.

The bank has notified on their website that the Bank has no record viz. number of applications submitted, scores of candidates etc. All the applications received, went straight to the portal of IBPS.

  • The IBPS will prepare a list of candidates, from amongst the candidates, who have applied for various posts in our Bank, according to the merit i.e. according to CWE Scores and send to our Bank, the names of short listed candidates to the tune of 3 times of vacancies in each cadre.
  •  The shortlisted candidates for the interview will be called individually to appear in the Interview Process as soon as the list from the IBPS is received by the Bank.

Bank has also requested CANDIDATES ARE REQUESTED TO HAVE A PATIENCE AND WAIT FOR SOMETIME.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) Between 18 years and 28 years Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and Candidates are required to possess proficiency in Hindi Language of the Uttar Pradesh state and must have passed ”HINDI” as one of the subjects at Matriculation/Xth Standard
Office Scale-I Above 18 years – Below 28 years Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and Candidates are required to possess proficiency in Hindi Language of the Uttar Pradesh state and must have passed ”HINDI” as one of the subjects at Matriculation/Xth Standard
Office Scale-II (General Banking Officer) Above 21 years – Below 32 years Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

  • The relaxation in upper age limit is cumulative as per Govt. of India guidelines.
  • Probation Period:

For Officer Cadre (Scale-I, II & III) - An Officer directly appointed in Group ‘A’ Post shall be on probation for a period of two years, which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding one year.
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose)- An employee directly appointed in Group ‘B’ shall be on probation for a period of one year which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding six months.

RRB/IBPS Qualifying Standard Score:

1) For Office Assistant:

– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 89 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.

2) For Officer Scale-I:

– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 97 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 103 & above.

3)  Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): 

-For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 108 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 114 & above.

4) Officer Scale-II: Information Technology Officer: (IBPS Specialist Officer Score)

-For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 21 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 125 & above.

IMPORTANT: Service Agreement Bond-

i) The selected candidates of OBC & General category for the Post of Officer Scale I, II and III will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 1.00 lac and for SC/ST/PWD category Rs. 50,000/- to successfully complete a minimum period of two years of service in the Bank including the period spent on probation.
ii) The selected candidates of OBC & General category for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs.  50,000/- and for SC/ST/PWD/EXS category Rs. 25,000/- to successfully complete a minimum period of two years of service in the Bank including the period spent on probation.

  • Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS (CBS Account No. 000210210000001) at any of the CBS Branches of Aryavart Kshetriya Gramin Bank, by means of a Payment challan.
  • Obtain the Applicant’s Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly authenticated by the Bank with (a) Branch Name (b) Date of Deposit & amount (c)Transaction id/Scroll number filled by the Branch Official.
  • Now Apply Online. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
