UCO Bank Declared 2nd Phase of PO Interviews
UCO Bank is a public sector bank and is headquartered in Kolkata. The bank has 35 regional offices and more than 2200 branches spread all over India with over 25000 employees released the 2nd Phase of Interviews for the post of Probationary officers.
Qualified Candidates in IBPS examination held in Dec. 2011 who applied online to UCO Bank for post of POs are informed that the Bank is conducting a second round of interview for filling up post of POs. Candidates who have obtained cut off marks in their IBPS Examination as below will be called for interview.
Interviews will be conducted between 1st December to 5th December 2012.
This is a golden chance for the candidates to secure PO job in UCO Bank.
The new cutoff released by the bank for the 2nd phase of PO Interviews is as follows:

I also got a chance for interview in UCO bank PO. This may not be a big chance but a great opportunity before IBPS PO 2 and RRB PO interviews. If someone has got any idea about the remaining seats that are to be filled through this interview session please share on here.
The Gen cut off is 155 – 164. There are many candidates within this score, but I feel the vacancies are very less.
wat is the cut off for obc???????
i thnk there is really less chance of selection……..because i was gone through 4th Waiting list only 350-400 lit of students so if even only 20% have joined then nearly abt 300-320 vaccancies will be available & they called near abt 7000 candidates……so possibility is very low for selection as per my opinion.

I attended interview on 03rd Dec, it was quite easy. But really feel we have very less chances. very less vacancies but there are very large number of candidates in the cut off score that they have taken for phase 2 interview. Feel the ratio is almost 1:15 or 1:20
I attended the interview on 4th Dec. The question were very basic, nothing much related to banking apart from rural banking, SHGs. Then why banking, imprtant crops grown in my place of birth, on my work experience, will you serve in rural places if posted, how many bank interviews you have given, will you continue in banking sector if selected…The interview went for just 10-12 minutes. The attendance was very less. 12 in the morning session.
There are around 10847 candidates called for interview (these are including both Gen and Reserved category). So out of this even if 50% attend (the attendance may be around 60-70%) the total candidates turning up for interview would be nearly 5423. So you can guess how limited the chances are. I don’t know how many vacancies are stil unfilled after first phase. If there are 500 openings the ratio would be 1:10. So, after the interview you may feel that you have a chance, but actually it is very tough.
Whether we all know that there are not great chances in Uco Bank for this phase because of the huge number of candidates called for filling very few seats remaining after 1st phase,but still some hopes are alive and fingers are crossed. As I have information from Uco Bank Zonal office that the result is about to be declared on 15th Dec,so lets see the chances or go for the 2nd IBPS common interview 14th January onwards.

Which zonal office informed you about the interview result? Normally it takes 20-25 days for the interview results to come. Did you also ask about the number of vacancies they are looking to recruit?

Uco bank declared today its result of 2nd phase interview for P.O post. It declared its panel 1 result of interview. Is the bank going to declare panel 2 results also or its over with panel 1 only?
