Syndicate Bank Recruitment 2012 – PO Interview Results Announced
Syndicate Bank of India who invited applications for the post of 1750 Probationary Officers from Indian citizens who have taken the Common Written Examination for Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees conducted by IBPS in 2011-12 and applied for the post has released the final list of 1672 selected candidates instead of 1750 vacancies who are found eligible for the post.

Bank has announced the cutoff marks (out of 350),based on the marks obtained in the CWE conducted by IBPS and the marks secured in the subsequent personal Interview as below:

This is the 6th bank in whose merit list i found a same candidate. Wht will happen to the 5 vacancies after she joins any bank.
cut offs so high……….. why they take fees when they didn’t want to call the candidates they are robbing us…… feeling cheated….
I just dont know what kind of strategy these banks are following.
Are the HR department of banks blind to see that they are hiring the same candidates again and again..
it sucks………
something needs to be done………

WEll i would suggest banks should ask for application after confirming the topper so that Topper donot get multipe seletions in many banks.
This way candidates r in loss.
First select the topper then next bank should come up with the vacencies.
I am selected in the PO and want to know when would be the joining and what amount of time it would take to complete all the procedure of documentation before joing?

ibps is wrong mode of slection.
I feel it is the correct method. Or else it is giving 19 exams for each bank is waste of time and money

i have applied for corporation bank however my mark was lower than the cut off so i was not called for interview, now they are calling application for the second time, do i need to apply again? why don’t they call those candidate who pays their fees earlier.. this is completely open fraud, i feel.
ibps.. the method of selection should be done like the MAT or CAT exams. thats a nice process.
there should be a common board to conduct the interview as well just like ibps so that the maximum number of students gets chance to appear in the interview and 1 student is alloted with only 1 bank.In this way the problem of repeating the names in every list will be eiminated.
