Please Note:

  • The relaxation in upper age limit is cumulative as per Govt. of India guidelines.
  • Probation Period: For Officer- Two Years which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding one year  & For Office-Assistant– One Year which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding six month.

RRB/IBPS Qualifying Standard Score:

1) For Office Assistant:

– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 89 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.

2) For Officer Scale-I:

– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 97 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 103 & above

3) For Officer Scale II

A) General banking officer:

– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 108 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 114 & above.

B) Agriculture Officer:

-For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 111 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 117 & above.

C) Information Technology Officer:

-For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 125 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 134 & above.

Selection Procedure:

For Officer Scale-I, For Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer, Agricultural Officer), For Office Assistant (Multipurpose):

Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

For Officer Scale-II (IT officer):

Selection will be made on the basis of performance in IBPS Score on Total Weighted Standard Score as well as score in each test in the Common Written Examination conducted for Public Sector Banks for Specialist Officers conducted by IBPS in March 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

 Calculation of Marks for Final Selection (Total Marks-100):

The marks Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by candidate shall be converted into as obtained out of 70. The total marks for Interview will be 30. The minimum qualifying marks for Interview will be 12 (11 for SC/ST).

  • Firstly, Pay the application fees at the nearest Surguja Kshetriya Gramin Bank Branch with the Fee payment Challan and pay, in Cash, the appropriate Application Fee in CBS Account Nos 6000921130001435.
  • Obtain the Applicant’s Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & code No, (b) Transaction id/Scroll  number (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.
  • Now, Apply Online. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
