Customer Service Officer in the Officer Grade

  • Age limit(as on 30.11.2013): Candidates age should not be  more than 32 years, age relaxation  are provided upto 03 years in the case of Clerical staff from other banks who have passed at least JAIIB / CAIIB – I examination and are in the Clerical Cadre.
  • Educational Qualification: Candidate must posses Second Class Degree of a recognized University / PostGraduate / Double graduate of a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aforesaid examination .

Customer Service Representative in the Clerical Cadre

  • Age Limit(eligibility as on 30.11.2013) :Candidates age  should not be more than30 years .
  • Educational Qualifications:Candidate must posses Graduate Degree from  a recognized University with minimum 45% marks and adequate knowledge of computer application.
