@sumit, picture is big change from2009 to 2012.now all r intrestd for bnk job. so level of competition becme higher.nd this yr sbi vcncy less than 2009in w,b.nd also 1hv gud wrttn scre advntge hm fnal selctn.so i thnk 150/200 is safe.
