Punjab and Sind Bank (PSB) invites applications for the post of clerk from Indian citizens who have taken the IBPS CWE (Common Written Examination) in 2011 and have a valid Score card issued by IBPS and who meet the eligibility criteria prescribed below.

Job Description: Single Window Operators ‘A’ in Clerical Cadre
Number of Jobs: 800 (Gen-412, OBC-175, SC-173, ST-29)(5 SC, 3 ST and 3 OBC Backlog Vacancies). Complete list below

Opening date for Online Registration: 02.05.2012
Last Date for Online Registration: 18.05.2012
Scale of Pay: : Rs.7200/- Rs.19300/-
Emoluments:Including DA, HRA, CCA, Medical, LFC, Contributory Pension Scheme, Gratuity etc. will be admissible as per Bank’s Rules.
Probation Period: Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of Joining the Bank.
Required IBPS Scores:
TOTAL WEIGHTED STANDARD SCORE (TWS): No TWSS Cut Off. All valid IBPS Score Card Holders can apply.
CATEGORY- WISE INDIVIDUAL TEST CUT-OFF:
For General Category: TWS – No Sectional cutoff mentioned
For Reserved Category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD): No Sectional cutoff mentioned
Education Qualifications: (As on 01.08.2011)
Pass with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen candidates) in Higher Secondary examination/ 10+2 of 10+2+3 pattern or its equivalent from a recognized Board OR Graduation in any stream Or Diploma in Banking recognized by Central/ State/ UT Govt.
Computer Knowledge/ Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates having computer knowledge.
Candidates should have obtained the specified IBPS Score in each test and/ in aggregate in the Common Written Examination conducted for Clerical cadre in 2011-12. Candidates should be able to produce the Score card in support of the scores mentioned in the online application form,if called for Interview.
AGE (As on 01.08.2011): Minimum: 18 Years and Maximum: 28 Years

Hi frnd, this is the earning funda of punjab and sind bank they said all they have valid scorecard can apply in both po and clerk notification thats mean one lakh in po and five lakh in clerk candidate can apply and they call only 5000 studends for interview. This type of recruitment process the bank can earn the10 crore approx. The bank can make money with that process and do fraud with all of them but they are back and send ibps to front.
So my request to all scorecard holder is this those have above 155 tws in all category they apply but those who are below of this cant apply. Pls think on this…..

check the particular bank cut off mark and then try. if ur score is low than desired then it gives error like that.
