The authorized capital of the Bank is Rs.500.00 lakhs and paid up capital is Rs.100.00 lakhs. Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have been declared qualified at the On-line CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/October 2013.

Emolument: Officer Scale I Rs. 29,384/- Office Assistants (Multipurpose) Rs .17,267/-(inclusive of DA & HRA)

Please Note:
The relaxation in upper age limit is cumulative as per Govt. of India guidelines.
PROBATION PERIOD: Selected candidates will be on probation for Officers – 2 years and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) – 1Year

RRB Qualifying Standard Score:
1) For Office Assistant
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 88 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.

2)For Officer Scale-I
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 98 & above.

Selection Procedure:
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

About Interview:
The Interview will be held at Puducherry centre and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The total marks for Interview will be 30.
