SBI, the largest banks in our country recently released the notification regarding the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO) for its Associate Banks. SBI recruits every year recruits candidates for its associate banks as PO’s, clerks through an examination. Recruitment process will have many filters to shortlist candidates so every phase is important to reach the final selection list.
The pattern for SBI PO have two phases i.e., Written Examination followed by GD and Interview. Written exam is conducted in common for all the candidates who have applied for this recruitment. This phase have two tests-

Online Practice Paper for SBI PO Associate
Descriptive Test – This test is for 50 marks with 1 hour duration. In this examination candidates are tested for their English Language skills. Candidates should mainly concentrate on Reading Comprehension, Short precis, Letter writing and Essay.
Phase II is GD and Interview to get through this candidates should have good communication and full-fledged Banking awareness.
To get over written examination or Phase II of the recruitment candidates need lots of practice. As Descriptive paper of the candidate will be evaluated only after qualifying in Objective Test obviously it is the top most priority for the candidates.
