North Malabar Gramin Bank is one of the 67 Regional Rural Banks operating in the country established under Regional Rural Banks Act 1976. The ownership is vested with The Govt of India, Govt of Kerala and Syndicate Bank. The bank invites applications for the post of Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

Please Note:
- The relaxation in upper age limit is cumulative as per Govt. of India guidelines.
- Probation Period: For Officer Scale I: Two Years and for Office Assistant (Multipurpose): One Year
RRB Qualifying Standard Score:
1) For Office Assistant:
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 89 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.
2) For Officer Scale-I:
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 97 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 103 & above.
IMPORTANT:
BOND- Candidates found to be eligible for posting on their selection for appointment shall have to undertake to serve the Bank for a minimum specified period and also to compensate the Bank with a specified amount if they leave the service of the Bank before completion of the minimum service specified.
- Post of Officer Scale I candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 1.00 lac to successfully complete a minimum period of two years
- Post of Officer assistant candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 50000 to successfully complete a minimum period of one year.
