Narmada Jhabua Gramin Bank, sponsored by Government of Madhya Pradesh, Bank of India & Bank of Baroda invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have been declared qualified at the online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during in September/ October 2013 and declared qualified.

Please Note:
- Relaxation in the upper age limit as per Govt. extant rules
- Probation Period: Two years for Officer Scale I & II and One year for Office Assistant (Multipurpose).
RRB Qualifying Standard Score:
1) For Office Assistant:
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 89 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.
2) For Officer Scale-I:
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 97 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 103 & above.
Selection Procedure:
For Officer Scale-I :
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/October 2013, (which result had declared on 05.11.2013) and Performance in Personal Interview will be Conducted by Narmada Jhabua Gramin Bank. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS Plus Personal Interview Scores will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/October 2013, (which result had declared on 05.11.2013) and Performance in Personal Interview will be Conducted by Narmada Jhabua Gramin Bank. PERSONAL INTERVIEW: Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short-listed by IBPS based on their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). Remaining applicants, if any will not be called for the interview. The total marks for Interview will be 30. The minimum qualifying marks for Interview will be 12. (11 for SC/ST/PWD/OBC/EXSM).
