  • Probation Period:

1) Candidates selected for the post of Officer Scale-I, II, III will be put on
probation for a period of 2 years which can be extended for a further period not exceeding 1 year.
2) Candidates selected for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will
be put on probation for a period of 1 year which can be extended for a further period not exceeding 6 months.

RRB/IBPS Qualifying Standard Score:

1) For Office Assistant:

– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 89 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.

2) For Officer Scale-I:

– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 97 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 103 & above.

3) Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer):

-For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 108 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 114 & above.

4) Officer Scale-II: Information Technology Officer: (IBPS Specialist Officer Score)

-For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 21 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 125 & above.

Selection Procedure:

For Office Assistant (Multipurpose), Officer Scale-I, Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer, CA) and Officer Scale-III.- RRB SCORE

Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and marks obtained in Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

For Officer Scale-II (Law & IT Officer)- IBPS SPECIALIST OFFICER SCORE

Selection will be made on the basis of performance in IBPS score in each test and/ in aggregate in the common written examination conducted for public sector Bank for specialist Officer conducted by IBPS in March 2012 and personal interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on aggregate marks obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and personal interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

  • Download & fill necessary details in the fee payment challan.
  • After filling up the required information on the Challan Form , they should make payment of the requisite fee/charge as applicable to them in any branch of Maharashtra Gramin Bank for the credit of CBS Account No.

  • Obtain the Applicant’s Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly authenticated by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & code No, (b) Transaction id/Scroll number (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.
  • Now, Apply Online.

2) In case of payment through NEFT from other Bank Branch:

  • In case of payment through NEFT from any Bank Branch, the candidate has to fill the NEFT Voucher/Challan of that Bank with beneficiary details as follows:
