Required IBPS Scores:
TOTAL WEIGHTED STANDARD SCORE (TWS):
For General Category: TWS – Minimum 120
For Reserved Category (SC/ST/OBC/PC): TWS – Minimum 105
CATEGORY- WISE INDIVIDUAL TEST CUT-OFF:
For General Category: TWS – Minimum 24 in each section
For Reserved Category (SC/ST/OBC/PC): Minimum 21 in each section
Education Qualifications:
i) Graduation from a recognised university/Institution with minimum 60% Marks. (For Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PC category minimum 55% Marks). Graduation results should have been declared by the university/Institution on or before 01.07.2011.
ii) Computer literacy shall be an essential qualification, which the candidate must either possess before or acquire within six months of joining the Bank.
iii) Diploma in Banking & Finance (DBF) from Indian Institute Of Banking and Finance (IIBF) is a desirable qualification besides the above entry level qualification.
AGE (As on 01.07.2011): Minimum: 21 Years and Maximum: 30 Years
Probation Period: 2 years
Application Fees: Rs.50 (SC/ST/ PC) / Rs 200 (General/OBC)

No one can help it as the process created by IBPS will ensure that high rank holders will get a chance in all the banks but in the end a person can have atmost 1 job so waitlisted candidates will get a chance at a later stage. Anyway, for you, next IBPS Exam is just around the corner, try to improve your score to ensure calls from all the banks.

sir, i have cleared ibps po exam with 144 marks and also have above 60% marks in graduation but had not completed 21 yrs age on 1st july 2011

dear deepak, with this tws n being in gen catgry seems difficult. u hv good academic record bt will not be seen unless n untill u appear for an interview.
advise is to prepare well for next ibps n get good score around 175+.

wht do u mean by desirable? is people with this diploma will be given preferance,then wht abt other who dont have this.

IBPS and all the banks are just playing with our emotions……i scored 152 marks in PO(Gen)….and i am sure that candidates below 160 marks have no chance at all….and the candidates having marks more than 170 will get call from almost all the banks.but they will join only one bank…and also their might be chances that some of them also got selected in SBI ……what the f……is ibps and banks are doing with us…i dont know whats their recruitment policy..Please do some thing to stop this fraud…
IBPS is also having another exam…if the banks are having more vaccancies then y not us …we have cleared the first ibps exam…we should get the chance first…
i have talked to an lawyre about this..he is saying we should file a complaint in supreme court..is any one having any other solution????????
