Indian Bank, a leading Public Sector Bank and among the 19 participating banks of IBPS CWE Exam, with headquarter in Chennai and having geographical presence all over India and abroad invites applications for 1201 Clerical post from Indian citizens who have taken the Common Written Examination for Clerical cadre conducted by IBPS in 2011.

Probation period: 6 months(extendable at the Bank’s discretion).
Age(as on 01.08.2011):Minimum Age: 18 years; Maximum Age: 28 years.
Education Requirements – Candidate should be passed with 50% or more marks in Higher Secondary examination of 10+2 of the 10+2+3 pattern / Intermediate / Pre University or any equivalent examination / Diploma in Banking recognized by Central / State Government or UT Administration.
-For Ex-Servicemen, who do not posses the above qualification, a pass in Service(Departmental) Examination which is recognized as equivalent to Civil Examination not below the level of Matriculation.

For General Category: Minimum 24 marks in each section.
For Reserved Category (SC/ST/OBC/PC/EXSM): Minimum 21 marks in each section.
Pay Scale – Rs7,200/-to-Rs19,300/- plus DA, HRA, etc. will be paid as per Bank’s rules.

I am ex-serviceman and scored 133 in ibps, tamilnadu state. I have attended interview for Canara, IOB and Indian bank. I am not selected in Canara and IOB. Is there any chance for me to get selected in Indian Bank. Further, will there be any second list in Canara and IOB. Please reply. Thanks in advance.

The reason behind this are the following roll nos who neither joining nor leaving others to join bank. These ex-servicemen got jobs in most of the banks like, BOB, BOI, Union bank of India, Canara bank and IOB.

tamilnadu me kam se kam interview ka chance to exservicemen ko mil raha hai.uttar pradesh me 149 score ko abhi tak interview ka chance nahi mila.allahabad bank ne cutoff u.p me 160 liya exservicemen ke liye.all exservicemen are selected above 156 ibps score.koi bhi bank exmn ka dhyan nahi deta.

Hi Sir/Madam!!!!
I got qualified in IBPS RRB Specialist officer Scale-II Marketing Officer with TWSS 114 and I belong to SC Category from Andhra Pradesh.
Recently Deccan Grameena Bank has released notification for recruitment of Officer -I,II,II and Clerks which includes Marketing officer Scale-II .In their advertisement they have released only 1 post for Marketing Officer Scale-II and that too (General Category) Open category post. The qualifying marks for Open is 115 TWSS and for SC it is 109 and I Got 114 TWSS score as I mentioned . Now the problem is, when I am trying to apply for the post by entering my Registration number and Password (Correctly which was generated at the time of applying for IBPS RRB),it is coming as invalid longin and I even tried the forgot id option ,that too giving as Invalid loggin .
Please tell me what is the problem , is it because I am applying for Open (General Category Post) since i got 1 mark less than open category TWSS qualification marks or some other reason , Please guide me in this aspect Sir
