IDBI Bank Results for Executive Post Declared
IDBI Bank Ltd., a banking company under the Companies Act, 1956, having majority share holding by Government of India, is a leading provider of complete range of retail and corporate banking services to its clients.
The Bank had earlier invited applications from the eligible and suitable applicants for the Executive posts to be filled on contract basis at its different Branches and Offices and written exam for the same was held on September 16, 2012. The Bank has now released the final results for the the written examination.

I Attended interview in Chennai on 22 Dec.
I was tough they asked me if i can do direct marketing..
Since i had experience in telemarketing, I tried but could not do much,They were stisfied 80 % but not fully convinced.. I do not know what will Happen

it is only in FEB ,Because right now they are taking the medical test for PO (through IBPS PO-1).31 Jan the medical test will be over,I think once they complete the formality for PO.They would start for executive

i too in… but i want to know th meaning of ” provisionaly selected”……. yeh final result nahi hai? medical test me bhi koi prob aa sakti hai????

Provisionly selected means,we need to be fit in medical test ,But the medical test is not tough,Now adays it is usual in every organization. And they will do a background check for our educational document and experience certificate (if any).

i want 2 know ki idbi kaisa bank hai, i mean i heard ki wahan target based hota hai?
Waha kya kaam rehta hai, work load jada hota hai aisa suna hai? Marketing ya target based toh kuch nhi na rehta?
In my interview they asked me If I can do the direct marketing..I said Yes. Exactly I do not know..They hace different kind of process.It depends on which kind of proces we get, We can expect target..
I Worte exam in chennai but applied for UP, Delhi And Gujarat..Any state will be fine for me.
Who told you about target, Ask them if they were
1-recruited through exam .2-Have they worked in IDBI . or Just guessing based on question..asked in interview.

some outsiders told me that, who r nt d part of idbi,. They work in other bank who told me so..
@ Neha -If you donot have any other offer letter,Then join in IDBI. After working 2-3 months we will come to know real picture. If you think u can handle continue with it or else leave and prepare SBI PO and next IBPS exam.
