fresh list i.e ibps-2 has no role to play in ibps-1 recruitment process.
do you think bank will again give their advertisement for those posts which were not filled in ibps-1 for ibps-2,i don’t think so. Every year thousands of employee r taking retirement so they need more employee so if they add this years unfilled vacancy with the fresh vacancies of next year what is the guarantee that they will fill all the vacancies ,so it is not the solution of the existing problem.so you can not deny the possibilities of 2nd round interview if needed.if ibps-2 result will come in next 3 months that does not mean banks will immediately release their vacancies,they will come as per their necessary take example of specialist officer till date 4-5 banks have came with technical officer/language officers/agriculture officer,have any one of them came with HR/MKT officers,they not require,so they are not bound to do that.there is a IBPS CWE bcoz of bank vacancies not the opposite.it is also not necessary that all the process of ibps-1 will be finished before the publication of result of ibps-2.
