IBPS Specialist Officer (SO) Recruitment 2013
IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) published Specialist Officer Common written Exam Notification for 2013-14 and inviting online application from Eligible Indian Citizens on behalf of 20 Public Sector banks.
The Indian Banking sector offers opportunities for a career in specialized fields like IT, Technical,Agriculture, Legal, Marketing, HR, Finance, Rajbhasha etc. With the validity of the scorecard issued for the first CWE for Specialist Officers held in March 2012 expiring in April 2013, the next Common Written
Examination (CWE SPL-II) as a pre-requisite for selection of personnel for the following Specialist cadre posts in the Public Sector Banks will be conducted online by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in March 2013.

Note:
- For posts other than IT Officer Scale I & II- Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate /Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
- Relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. extant rules.
- Candidates are advised to apply for only one post. The applications of candidates applying for more than one post and multiple applications for a single post will be summarily rejected.
Pre-Requisites for Applying Online:
(1) Scan your photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications. Read from here the Guidelines for scanning the photograph & Signature.
(ii)Keep the necessary details/documents ready if desired to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges. In case of Offline Payment i.e. CBS candidates have to apply online, obtain a fee payment challan and then remit the necessary application fees/ intimation charges.

jara dhyan se…kyu ki last yeae ek bi vacancy nahi nikli thi marketing walo ke liye ………ek bank ne vacancy nikali thi sirf 4 vacancy ,,,,,,,, maine bi exam diya tha and teyari bi bhut ki but kuch fayda hi nahi hua kyu ki koi vacancy hi nahi nikli marketing walo ke liye or ab to humara score card ko bi 1year hone ko aa gya hai…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

By the formation of the sentence, it may sounds like as u understood (even I thought the same), but it means As d scr card of successful candidates 2012 expires by march………….So v r eligible.

Now it is other segment of recruitment to ibps to make fool candidates who r aspiring to become an officer in banks….firstly ibps shoud tell us how many vacancies of marketing have been released by public sector banks for last year exam. Now I m very dissapointed…
