IBPS Scorecards Sent and Received
IBPS has dispatched the scorecards for bank po results and candidates have started receiving the score cards. IBPS has mentioned the marks in the following format:
1. Reasoning
2. Quantitative Aptitude
3. General Awareness
4. Computer Knowledge
5. English
6. Descriptive Paper
7. Total Weighted Standard Score (Not the total sum of above 6 – its actually reasoning + QA+ GA + computer + 1/2 english + 1/2 descriptive)
IBPS has not mentioned the rank, please mention your score in the comments, so we can arrive at a general consensus of the scores and where do you stand on the overall scores received by candidates. This will help everyone in gauging their chances of getting interview calls as per relative ranking.

This is for the people who have completed their Professional courses such as B.tech, MCA, MBA etc
Caution: I am not trying to moralize or demoralize or trying to en-lighten anyone. It is nothing but raw facts about working in a bank.
We always have a habit of viewing things in third person’s view i.e obviously society’s view that always think government job (especially bank job) is safe and secured irrespective of job ENVIRONMENT. ENVIRONMENT in the sense the circumstances in which one can work i.e behavior of supervisory staff towards junior staff and junior staff towards newly recruited staff. Ok Ok to be frank a newly recruited staff is treated as a new servant in the bank. You have to work more than the stipulated working hours with no monetary gains oh ah oh …. forget about monetary gains at-least think about your mental condition that always squeezed in between supervisory staff and the ultimate god “CUSTOMER”.
Oops If I want to state the negatives of it, it will goes on and on. But the only positive side of it is Job Guarantee and Pension(now it is not there but unfortunately I got it). For that you have to mortgage your entire life to the Bank.
The point is not about moralizing or demoralizing, the point is your state of mind if you are a guy who is looking for a professional career in professional ENVIRONMENT, without the first thought(not second) abandon the thought of joining the Bank unless you really need a job due to financial or family problems that are inevitable.
Yeah, by the way I am also working in one of the associates of SBI as a damn clerk by resigning a pvt job where I was getting more salary than what I am getting now(after working for two years, i.e 25 months). I have only one thing to laugh regarding my career in bank is I am posted in a metro that to nearby my home and for the second laugh I have to wait till my resignation.
If you have any well wishers or close friends who have less ego then you ask them to HONESTLY tell how they work?
And if you are already working in any job then there is a need to think million times before taking such a decision?
And most importantly there is no time limit for working hours for Bank POs. Most recently SBI Officers Association called for a two day strike on this issue only which was as usual postponed as per management’s request.
