1- customer is customer ! uski personality se ek employee ko kya matlab..customer is an asset for bank..our main aim is to provide good services to our customer without focusing on his/her personality or social background.
2- if iam posted in a rural area i’ll join..bcoz..A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush..!!
3- loot ko aap bas alertness se hi rok sakte ho..kabhi kisi bank ki branch me jaakar dekhna..wahan mearest police station ke..SP CITY KE..IG POLICE and DIG tak contact numbers available rehte hain..iske alawa aur bhi kayi steps hote hain but unko bas employees hi jaante hain..ye kabhi public nahi hote..ye steps differnt banks ki different policies k according varry karte hain.
4- challenges–most important task is to improve operating efficiency on top of what has already been achieved by optimising operating costs, i.e., non-interest expenses including wages and salaries, transaction costs and provisioning technology
-up-gradation and staff restructuring expenses.
-to sustain high and inclusive growth, there is a need to raise the level of domestic savings and channel those savings into investment.

In areas where population is more, like cities, the no. of branches are more. In the rural and undevelope areas, the no. of banks are very less comparatively. This is the reason why there are 480 seats for Jharkhand.

cwe PO, cwe CLRK ke baad ibps ek or common written exam karvane ja raha hai. This time its for all REGIONAL RURAL BANKS cwe rrb. So better get prepare bcoz the notification is out.
how much vacancy will raise in RRB banks
ibps Examfees for RRB is 350 and 450.
application for rrb cwe start from 1 june
this is absurd rrb banks will only take those candidates who had local language in there class 10 as one of the subjects this is bias because for example if an hindi candidate studies in bengal then he has to study bengali till class 8 but rrb’s will take only those who had bengali in there class 10 which only bengali candidate can have so the hindi candidate have to apply only from those states where hindi is the local language which is most common in india
so places like up and bihar will the most tough competiton and other languge states will enjoy this is really bull shit
