@prashant . U r right if posted in rural areas , jogging and p.t. Are best.
But i work out whole 7 days every week but it includes my day offs too that r random.
Yaar i go to aakhada if u have heard of it, i’ve never been to gym,
Aakhada is also like gym but it doesnt have modern equipments.
It gives more strength on power lifting cum body building but you cannot develop cuts as u’ll see for guys going to gym.
So its whole seven days for me.
