In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

If ur information is correct about scores then mera to koi chance hi nahi hai. :(
n ur registration is done as u got the printout from reprint option…sometimes network ki wajah se b msg nahi aata hai..no worry
frens in d recnt concluded recrtmnt of sbi the writtn cut off is 80..whereas,d final cut off is 146 for gen meghalaya..so,d differnce is arnd 66..so i jst dnt undrstnd wats d need of shrlstng so much candidates wen d candieates near d writtn cut off wnt stand a chance even if they got full marks in pi…as 80 +35=115..and 146-115=36..so no point of attndng pi also..:/
@zaena if you leave your allotted bank then no other chance for you. You will be out of list. In my openion give pref those banks having more no of branches at hyd. Another thing if you posted out of city you can transfered back showing your family problems later.

dena bank has more dropout candidates than any other banks.

i’m also from Andhra. find out which bank has more number of branches in city n fill pref list accordingly. Banks might give nearest branches to women employees.

its not like that bro. No bank knews d cutoff prior to evaluating candidates performances. If there r more ppl qualified in WE, bank fix cutoff to cal in certain ratio.
Like wise in interview also. How can any bank predict d communication skills of candidates wit out taking interviews?

Now c bro..i was jst not satisfied wid d way they’ve shortlistd the no of candidates…as u can see wen 146 is d final cut off n 35 is d total marks 4 pi..then atleast they shud have calld only those who got arnd 146-35=111 or sme wer arnd 100+ jst in case fresh vacancies arises…but here in our state its too much bro..d writtn cut off is only 80..jst thnk bro no mattr how many leave d job or large numbr of vacancies arises..i dnt thnk d one who are in d cut off bordr will stand a chance,even if he/she got 35 out of 35 in pi as his/her total wud b only 115! So shrt by 31..what is ur opinion bro regrdng dis? Plz reply..

they fixed 146 as final score after evaluating both written&pi.
They hav got many aspirants on d par to their benchmark. So to facilitate the o vacancies they picked top cand ( number wrt vacancies)
for eg: if they hav 100 vacancies, they rank candidates marks and pick top hundred. The hundredth fella’s mark is dat final cutoff. Got it bro!!

@s.p.-mujhe rrb ke paper me due to unfair means ki wajah se disqualify kar diya gya tha.to uski wajah se mere ibps clerk 2 par to koi asar nhi padega?mere clerk 2 me 69.2 up obc me hai.plz reply?

dost maine diya tha RRB ka paper and i had got 126 in clerk and 113 in PO,,,,,,
i was looking to apply for Purvanchal bank
par jab me fees jama karne gaya tha SBI mai to unhone kaha ki iske bank account mai fees jama ni hori hai ,,,,
aur dusri baat ye ki pahle Purvanchal bank k notification mai clerk ki 228 aur PO ki 184 vacancy but ab wo clerk ki 112 and po ki 86 kar di gaye hai,,,
