In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

@suri1 yes. It is sufficient as it is mentioned that Obc cert must be in one year from date of application.
I dnt think so… coz I’ve heard that we can only present a certificate thats not more than 6 months old…

Lemme make the statement clear… The obc certificate must be one issued within a period of 6 months prior from the date the date u present it to the bank…

Is only certificates enough for the interview? Should I not take up my resume with me? Is it necessary or not?

Crystal clear instructions are given to candiates regarding the documents to be taken 4 interview all the time by all banks n institutions… Y cant u go n read that first??? R u that much lazy???
@Suri @teejay in call letter of clerk interview it is clearly mentioned that Obc certificate should not more than one year old as on date of application.

Thank you. I am not much or too lazy. I have kept every documents in order ready, but still as resume is got missing in that mentioned I just asked for confirmation. Apart from that nothing lazy or other issues….
Since its 1st time to attend an interview, I hope, to have all these types of doubt is not a wrong thing.

i got panel I, applied for UGB also but not so hopeful this time coz got very low marks this time as didn’t able to fetch any call for interview (except one) in first CWE clerk after getting gud score.
