In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

yeah bro. Andhra Bank wil b recruiting some more clerks on basis of IbPS1. Notification wil b on site from 28 Oct. Next week edition of Rojgar samachar and Employment News magazine.

I am against all those who have written against Teejay. Teejay is a boy who has given information regarding all the fields. If SSC chief or any Banks Chairman cannot give the exact date how can u expect 100% accuracy from a boy like us. But his 90% informations were correct.
Vijaya bank has issued call letter for recruitment in probationary clerk. Download it from their website.

Total candidates passed 61339 & we also know the cutoff’s of different categories,i am just confused as these 61339 candidates are only those who satisfy the cutoff’s in their respective categories or these also include the candidates who cleared subjectwise bt nt able to satisfy cutoff marks declared by ibps later with scores?Can u help me clearing my confusion?

that is d total number of candidates qualified in written(al sections and over d Cutoff).
That number is of total candidates who Have qualified in written in al sections over the minimum cutoff mentioned.
The recruitment page of Vijaya bank was last modified was 17 th October. I think they will refresh this page today.
