In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

PNB, ne saari Ummedon par pani pher diya, pahli baar rajasthan main 236 vacancy, but cut off itni high, mujhe lagta hai ki PNB ko recruitment karni hi nahi thi, isiliye aisa kiya hai.

in allahabad 181 for 14 VAC and
in pnb sabse badhkar 171 for 30 job
pata nahi ye kaisi calculation kar rahe hai

Sir i am ex serviceman and recently allahabad given vacancy and ex service man cutoff they kept 161 . And 161 and above in jharkhand only 56 candidate in ex category and bank are knowing that 70 seat boi and o6 seat bob and dena band result out and they are giving call letter then what is the use are all fake bank . All bank are as good as our goverment giving corruption enhancement. Thank you

don’t worry pnb will definately revise it’s eligibility criteria but the age will not change

It was quite nice interview… Since u already know services in a banking field, they may pick u… But u didnt answer the question regarding rate of savings account n u tried to compare iob with syndicate bank… These 2 points may affect u negatively… Anyway all the best…

U cant say like that… Only people having above average marks in their states would get placed this year… Pls dnt give unwanted hopes to others…

thanks for sharing yaar. my synd int is on dis Sunday.
Right now int on savings acc has been deregulated. It was 4%. Some banks like kotak,Yes bank offer 6% above(i guess min bal must be 1 lakh.)
keep on revising ur subjects and mainly the basics because in interview they will ask u questions from ur subjects.

I didnt apply for Indian bank n Corporation bank… Thought I wnt get call in Indian bank n 4got to apply in corp bank bcoz i was busy with IBPS PO test, BOI n CSB interviews…
