In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

Diploma in banking in iibf can be written by anyone.. But tat wont be taken as jaiib even the syllabus for both is same.. You have to write jaiib again after joining bank:)

if IBPS charge PNB for clerical recruitment in IBPS2 also, will they skip IBPS2 also????
it is really a bad news that PNB is skiping IBPS1 …….for a silly reason…

mine intrvw is also 8 d same place on 3rd oct. And abt ubi rslt i would like 2 tell u dat on my intrvw date i askd abt the rslt 2 d persn who was verifying d documnts nd he told that rslt would cum within 1 mnth aftr the completion of d intrvw process. So we can xpect that the rslt may cum in nxt wek.

I hv my intrvw in syndicate bank at royal exchange building,ground floor ,6 n.s road,kol-1 at 2p.m on 24-09-12. Do anyone hv d same venue and date 4m bengal?
90% chances they are not going to select other state guys for clerical jobs i have 6 interview experiences i am local guy i got selected in canara bank. Even i am having less marks compare to other state guys who attended interview with me. So dont take a chance writing exams in other states.
