In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

bankwalon ne saturday(17th) ko referee letter bheja, hamare medical test ke din hi. Aur tuesday(20th) ko mere dono refereeon ke paas pahunch gaya. Maine thursday(22nd) ko unlogon se collect karke bhej diya. 25th ko bank mein report pahunch gaya.

mera bhi medical 21st ko hua tha aur jab main 24th ko medical report submit karne zonal office gayi thi tab tak unlogo ne refree letters nahi bheje the.Jo mam wo letters banati hain wo keh rahi thi ki abhi tak unko letters banane ke instructions nahi mile hain.

Yahan toh sablog badi zaldi mein the. Kah rahe the jitni zaldi aaplog referee report bhijwa denge,utni zaldi hum appointment letter bhejdenge.

There is more chances of growth in banking sector and than in the manufacturing sector.

There is huge no of retirements going to happen in banking sector. Search about it u wil get more details about this.
that is why i believe there is great growth opportunity in banking sector.
people have different ways of looking at it.
do not be panic be confident ,and do not think that they are school teacher if u say wrong answer they will scold you.
They will check the confidence of the person.Do not be afraid .sit comfortabley. Pls do not sit folding ur hands..
