In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

sanchita!! there is one good chance for wb candidates 4m allahabad bank.. it will recruit near 500 candidates 4m wb.. so hope 4 the best in coming august…

god only knows when dena and bob will declare there result…..plz can anyone give me the hr department phone number…dena and bob…….
it will also benefit 4 us since by that time cut off get decreased by 10 to 20 marks…
abhishek now dont ask 4 dena n bob no.. as they will declare only by 1st n 2nd week of aug resp.. but u can expect boi result within a week…

Dont try to write clerical exams in other states whatever the score banks will give first priority to localites
new move about common interview its very bad thing if that happens influence and bribe pays a major role this is 100 percent sure.
There 3 best ways to select a candidate.
1. Previous system (Separate exams and interview for every bank)
2. IBPS system (Present system)
3. Using IBPS marks selecting candidates without interview in ascending order.
ascending order Means from first rank to last rank
