In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

out of 2607 candidates who hav been called for 2nd phase of Indian bank po,1800 are already selected in other bank itseems. If a layman can find this,why not these banks?
And of dese remainin 600 candidates,many were selected for second phase of any other bank.
how long BOI has taken for completing the po recruitment can any body give the details about that
Finally its confirmed that the general category cut-off of PNB 2nd phase was 167 coz a candidate with 167 got call but his friend with 166 didnt…

after ibps clerk result declared, nearly going to be 6 months.then also long time to declare final result.nearly 9 months with out job .pls declare clerk results soon.so we can decide for any job.
thats true swati why u cant publish a result in one month when pnb published it only in 5 days. i cant understand the process. hr kindly give the no to contact recruitment cell. i have got some nos but they r not picking the call

They took 48 days to announce the result from the interview starting date.
i have applied from delhi region and my score is 185 gen bt m gettin married in the month of jan nd my husband is posted in vishakhapatnam so can i get a trannfer to vishakhapatnam after 6 months????plsssss help me out.

my view,
i don’t believe in cwe conducted by ibps…. its more prone to make fraud…..
the examinations are not conducted in fair manner…. if it is genuine .. they can give the question paper back to candidates…. like ssc… Unlike railways,ssc they are not asking the candidates to mark the answer in ballpoint pen… or they don’t keep carbon copy beneath Original OMR….
