In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

I scored 149 marks in Gen category and i am from delhi. My name has appeared for interview in indian bank. Would anyone tell me what is the weightage of marks for interview in indian bank ?
MAT is Minimum Alternate Tax,
This type of tax pay by companies even they didn’t make any profit in current tax period, this will set it off forthcoming tax period

Bro this is only applying status. Bank makes us fool so their applying cutoff is low in indian bank applying cutoff is very low.

@all. I m a eng.hons graduate 4m bengal with 57%marks but overall when i add my pass marks it comes 2 50% .4 applying 2 p.o in diff banks who sets 55%in grad m i eligible?is d marks calculated on hons. Sub basis or whole?plz rly.i m a gen cat candidate
no problem last time 6 banks did ask only graduate so if u score high marks it should not be problem for u as i myself has only 44% in my graduation and have done bsc in computer science from calcutta university

they are akinda accounts managed by banks in foreign country. I didnt get d clear picture .

@bimal its the best thing these days to be honest, because the rarest person to find today is an honest guy. As far as selection is concerned one can reject at the most two banks he has to opt for one out of three banks if called to join. If he does not join any of the three his name will be deleted from ibps.
