In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

No written exam is first step and all of the banks wants it to common but to select through it exam its different .

I GAVE ALL THE ANSWERS WID CONFIDENCE.MY INTERVIEW LASTED FOR AROUND 7-8 MINUTES AS I WAS D LAST ONE FROM U.P. u r called for int cos u hav d required criteria.
175 is not a low score.
Final score =(175+ur performance in PI) .
If u have had performed relatively better than a 180 guy,u get more marks in PI and def u wil b IN.

In d worst case dat u didnt get selected also, nothing is gonna happen. Skies are not going to fall.
U got int call for 1 of d first 3 banks, am sure u wil def get 6 more int calls.
B +ve. Hardwork always pay.
PS:i personally wish dat u get through Boi and join them and make a way for some ppl witout applying for further banks.

IN THIS PROCESS THEY DEFINATELY GIVE THEIR CHANCE TO NON-GRADUATE IF SCORE IS HIGH .

Avg marks in pi is btwn 70-80%. Top scores always perform gud in PI. Topper get selected even performance is avg in interview

Thank u.. You ppl r really gud in this analysis. Experience speaks.. I’m new to interview. Boi is my first one and bob is second.. Tats all.. Now i get a big doubt.. Only 31 vacancy in my cat in tamilnadu. 42 persons are there before me.. So there’s no chance for me ah? Then wats the purpose of interview?

out of those top 42, atleast 10 would join as Po. And some other might not perform well in interview. Think positive yaar.

he is saying that the toppers of ibps clerk got 90percent marks interview ex-total interview marks is 100, then the topers get 70-80marks and if they got average marks they also being get selected but i am not satisfy what he told one thing i clear u all in interview if doesnot give u answers then u never got marks wether u re toper or lower the interview marks depends on ur answers understand..

dnt worry yaar. Atleast 10 cand ahead you might join as Po cos many banks r releasing second list. In clerical,many banks havn’t released final cutoff.b confident and keep preparing 4 int. Al D Best.
