In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

Inaddition to that u can tel them that they earn int on money if they deposit their savings in a bank,its safe to keep money in bank rather than at home ….etc

If banks are coming for second list of Po’s there is a possibility that top 50 of each state (clerks) would join as Po.

what u have said may work but banks may not accept this proposal
2 reasons for this
1.they will lose income
2.they want to test the canditate directly
i think in my opinion
when a canditate get job his name should be removed from the data base
process should be fast
now they r taking months but it is not necessary they can do it in days
but they r lazy

yeah that is possible. I’ve posted this longback here .
But my first interview was boi.. If i get selected i wont attend any other interview.. No one ll attend any other interview after they got result i think.. Before the result no one can avoid interview.. So we are not responsible for multi selection.. Only bank have to decide something..

as of now, only GOD knows that.
I personally wish that new notifications shud come after final results &confirming date of atleast 4 banks. That is beneficial for most of us

THERE SHOULD NOT BE COMMON INTERVIEW.
BCOZ DIFFERENT BANKS HAS ITS OWN STRATEGIES FOR INTERVIEW.
AND IF THERE COMMON INTERVIEW THEN EVERY ONE WILL GET CHANCE ONLY ONE.
BUT IN THIS PROCESS I GOT MORE THAN 5-6 CHANCE.
SO ITS EASY TO GET JOB.

the ongoing process of selection is good the only thing needed is a catalyst for the banks
single interview also ll reduce delay.. I gave my exam on dec 4th. Even after 7 months i dint get job.. It ll take one more month even after interview result. Isn’t it. Atleast by coming years this problem should be solved..
i told only my opinion.. It might be wrong too.. My point is every deserved ppl should get job atleast in one bank instead of few ppl getting job in all the bank.
