In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

Bank of india has called 169 candidates from delhi for 41 seats, this is even more than 1/4. Really tough competition , i have got 190 in general cat.Please tell me about my chances ,last year i was not selected in interview in BOI.

once u applied for category ur competition is in that category only no sc st or obc candidate can apply in unreserved category if they filled any application in their category
frnds good news 10th biparties is going to pass in banks wages on 1st nov 2012as previously i told abt 70% hike it was just expected now indian bank association has recommended 35% hike in basic pay finally overall structure is to bring all banks employees in centralised platform compared to central govt employees
u r right umesh. Boi nai himachal kai liye zero seat rakhee hai bank wallon ko vacancy annouce kartai huai sharm bhee nahi aa rahi.
