In 2012, IBPS CWE for Clerks was conducted in Online mode for the first time in the second half of December 2012 due to the sheer volume of candidates who applied for this test. A whopping 40 Lakh candidates appeared during 2011, however, due to increase in the eligibility requirement to graduation during 2012, the number has declined significantly for the year 2012. Just like IBPS PO, common interviews for IBPS Clerk 2 (online mode) is also expected to be conducted by IBPS for the qualified candidates of online written exam.
The successful candidates will be arranged in the order of merit (based on total score including the common interviews) and based on the vacancies in each bank, will then be asked to apply according to their preferences and the candidate will receive an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks through a computerized system. The IBPS Clerk Result last year was released on 29th Feb, 2012, however, since the clerk 2 exam was conducted in online mode in 2012, the result of IBPS Clerk 2 came early on 11th Jan, 2013

result check kar. Date of birth ka use karke. Wahan tumhe tumhara password pta lag jayega.
ya very true,only toppers would be shortlisted for interview and would receive more than one call letter,and low scorer would not even get a chance to face the interview.The IBPS should do the interview as well and segregate the candidate according to merit list.
Fair share doctrine should be followed where one who have qualified should atleast get a chance to feel the heat of interview.

Hi this is rena,i hope ibps will give chance to 50% of clerical written exam selected candidates. But iam a bit worry because ibps is not giving enough oppertunities to po aspirants they shoud be given 50% chances. so they can prove their mettle. i would like to know my chances, i secured 154 in clerk exam obc categ ap. what about my chances.

If this trend continues cut off would never come down and even 160+ candidates never get a call from interview.

every bank will call only toppers because every bank want good candidates. And ibps can’t segregate candidates among banks. Big question is on what basis it will do. It can’t do it like the bank whose turnover is more will get toppers. And others not:-)

Any one help me out i cleared ibps clerk exam, when i try to login particular bank website massage showing invalid login,but every thiing is correct like password and registation no. pls any one knows pls call me or send me mail to my id.

If any bank fix cutoff as 120 for PI, its a complex job to conduct interview for 4lakh+ candidates.
