bhavana relax agar aap khud mei satisfied ho interview deke ye bahut bari baat hai. nd be positive nd have faith on god. aur jo hogaya jst forget about it nd prepare for next exam. becauz vacancy to aate rahegi. agar selection ho gaya to padhai se chutkara milega nd agar nahi tb to lage rahna hai jb tk ho na jaye. aur patiently jo log is ummeed se lage rahenge ki ek din mera selection jarur hoga definitely u will get it.
yes sonam i had my interview on 16th jan only. isliye to itna relax ho kar aap logo ko motivate kr rahi hu.
santosh jee i had said that interview is of 100 marks nd low scorer are also having chance for selection as my analysis top scorers may have their scores 210 or 220. and selection in written exam is on 135. means if we will add 100 marks to 135 then it will become 235. means 15 marks more than top scorers nd this is also true that no one is going to get 100 out of 100 but in some of the interviews of bank exam only some candidates have got 95 marks out of 100. becauz they have performed so well in interview that the panel members were very much impressed by them.so any thing can happen. i jst wrote that it doesnt matter u r a low scorer or high scorer but those who r going to perform best in the interview nd if pannel member will decide that they have to select them at any cost then no one can disappoint u. u will surely be selected. as far as about scores of each candidate they know the marks before only as there r 25 students in one pannel nd their roll no is according to their marks only means whose roll no is 1 it means they r having lowest score in that pannel nd pannel member also know how much marks should they have to give that particular candidate so that their selection may be confirmed. hope u r getting my words what i m trying to make understand all of u. simply i will say selection is totally on interview. dont worry if ur having low scores. in interview u will get one more chance to prove ur self. and this is also true if anyone who r high scorer nd if they will perform excellent in interview then they will surely have the selection. and they should have as they deserve. also candidates above 160 marks is only 6000 nd rest of all are between 135- 160. jst think over it. nd give ur interview in relax nd with calm attitude. all d best!!!

@khushi…in my interview panel my roll no. on 5th position while one of my frend his roll no. on 24th position and we both have the same marks >>>>>but u r saying different.
today was my interview.its of 100 marks ..it is cnfirmed
i am suffering from stammering problem my interview was totally distaster for me . my marks is 165 is there any chance even the intervier suggest me to try some where else
is there requirement of RESUME also???
plzz repl…. its imp and urgent
@ khushi: aap sabko khushi dena chahati ho ye achhi baat hai, lekin reasoning childish mat do yaar.written + Interview ke marks 100 me convert hote hai, read sbi n other notification. int. ke 100 marks wil be converted into 20 marks n writ. ke 250 in 80 marks, thats how it wil going 2 happen, so don’t tel every body that 140 marks walo ke chance bhi bright hai. banks wil not going 2 select below 150 writ. marks in gen. category n below 140 in reserve category.common int. is happening 2 remove multiple selection problem, not 4 benefit of low scorers…..it is just like giving a lolipop to children…..
koi bata do yaar… RESUME lejana hai ya nahi…
@Khushi I faced the interview on 19th Jan… What I found out that there is no such scenario wherein candidates are arranged in the order of marks obtained… Anyways you are doing a commendable job by raising the morale of people…
@anony, You don’t have daring to put your name and those who are motivating to others, u r pulling there legs, if u scored high then dont think dat u qualified IAS/IPS, may be its luck by chance only becoz ur attitude & way of writing shows this. And u r not a IBPS director?Chairman of any bank to say that there is no chance below 150 for Generals, even 136 wala candidate may get selected given that they have good attitude, not like you and perfom well in the inbterview.
@Sachin … before speaking about anony .. is ur name sachin 1st ? :P bro … this is a fact .. the ratio is 80:20 .. if u couldnt do well in ur written and prove urself , why coming here and speaking nonsense… just 4 d sake of motivating u 1 shldnt give false hope… go get a life
@Sachin.. i agree dat getting a high score here is not equal to becoming ips/ias but the thing is y couldnt u score well in this simple exam ? a thing 4 u 2 ponder upon right ? his score is bcz of his hardwork dont talk bad of it
@Cherry No Resume required.
@khusi jee…..I agree wid @Gopi…..U r right in a sense but not all…..We all r Indians n Hindi should b known to all…..but India is not made up only of those who speak Hindi…..there r many many states(Southern, Eastern, North-Eastern) where Hindi is not spoken even not studied in schools….so they may understand n speak little bit but may find it difficult to read n understand totally…..
@anony ,@chennaiwala:Khushi and Sachin like people should be
taken in banks as they have the potential of giving good hopes to others.Though low scores dont get selected they can attend
an intvw with confidence. Also you guys said 80:20 ration ,that is correct but also think this 80:20 ratio will be taken only
for those candidateds who clear the common intvw. So just getting a 170+ and doing poor in CI have the same risk as those with a 140 marks and excellent interview. So dont be too proud and confirmed that only the top scoreres have chance.
