7) Why banking?
8) Type of banks in India? Who governs them? Who governs SBI?
9) As I am married and settled in Pune, they asked me if I am willing to be posted outside Pune, any rural area.

Hi All,
I have 177 marks in IBPS PO 2 with gen category. My interview was on 20th Jan in Noida. I am 29 years old and did PGDBA in marketing through distance learning in 2005. My interview was entirely based on marketing, pricing strategies, inventory control etc. because there is a gap of 7 years, I was not able to recall all concepts but I tried my level best. ..
My panel was very strict and they took situational based interview. They were not friendly at all. I am not fully satisfied with my interview..
I ve heard that more weightage is given to written scores n the ratio may be 80:20 (written marks:interview scores)….Is that true?
Yup! Its true..
@dhruv
from wher u get this info that written marks:interview scores r in ratio of 80:20.
@anonymous
plz tell ur panel number at noida centre
@anonymous U r right but u have to clear interview cut offs as well to ensure ur selection……
