IBPS PO Interview Results
IBPS has previously declared 22415 vacancies which will be filled based on the merit ank, on the basis of total score of written examination and interview score.
The candidates will be asked to enter their preferences of the banks through a registration process which will be available on the IBPS website from 20.2.2013 till 28.2.2013.

u read the pdf properly….the definition of own merit candidate has not changed still…own merit candidates are those who dont take relaxation in age qualification anything….who told u that gov is implementing this rule??? i happened to chk in recruitment process of syndicate bank clerk recruitment…i m from west bengal and syndicate bank recruited fifty clerks from bengal out of which twenty six is general…i cross checked and its true twenty six were general…..if u dont beleive u can go to syndicate bank site and chk…

if a sc st obc is selected in a fair competition no relaxation is applied then only they can be called own merit candidates…those guys who have deposited obc sc st certificates during CI can never be own merit candidates

this year till now there is no info on this…..they may come out with ad b4 20th….as per last year’s ads different banks had different criteria…..some had 60%, some 55%, some pass %….

bro….u r getting it wrong…..u r right in a sense but not fully….those candidates(reserved) who score high will come in general merit list if n only if they dont avail any reservation facilities regarding age/qualification etc…..but it doesnt matter whether they submit OBC/SC/ST certificates or not….

preference dene ka simple sa criteria hai….
if u r sure that u have good combined score and have above 60% in graduation then go for good banks even if they have lesser vacancies…
but if u have modest score then look for the bank with most of number of vacancies…give preference according to that.
