IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

11 banks have already come up with notification…..there has to be a 2nd and 3rd merit list for final selection as they it seems interviews gonna be back to back..very chaotic situation!!!!

Dear frnd, i hv given the interview in UBI. it was good. IBPS Process is nt good. in this process only higher marks holder will definitly get the job. I think all who shortlisted in UBI will definitly get job bcoz either they will selected or again will give interview. These candidate have chance to appear in atleast 15+ bank. Aur yadi ek aadmi itne interview me bhi select nhi hota hai to aap samajh sakte ho ki he dont desrve to be a PO. All whose score 140+ be ready to face interview & boss aapko interview ke liye kafi mehnat kerna hoga(to get good marks in interview )final selection will made on basis of Score + PI.

HI , I HV 155 FROM GEN CAT .IHV MORE THAN 60 PER IN GRADUATION.CAN I GET CALL FRON BOI. BNKS LIKE INDIAN BANK AND BANK OF MAHARASTRA HAVE COME UP WITH LESS VAC. Yes Very Good Point.
IBPS and Banks together should have decided on the cut-off percentage. Normally it is 40 %. If the performance is good, they should increase it accordingly.
We are unnecessarily wasting our money applying for these banks, infact applying blindly. These banks and IBPS do not value our money.
And ANOTHER POINT…
Since the IBPS did not specify the graduation percentage criteria, people had applied and appeared and wasted their money, without knowing that they will never ever be eligible ti apply in any of the 19 banks.
