IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

yaar job ko enjoy kar raha hu….. dekho to bahut tension hai… khaas karke bahut satark rhna parta hai… ek click par laakho idhar se udhar ho jate hai aur yahi galti se bhi galti hua to fir jhelte raho… mera manager bhi baar baar yahi precaution deta rhta hai….. but agar dhyan se apna work karo to fir enjoy hai……

M 5n dear joining to 19th ko hi kar liya. Amritsar se 38 km dur Tarn Taran Dist me meri posting huyi hai.
Yar mera interview me 13.20/15 marks in orissa or mera select nehi hua indian bank clerk me
15/15 interview marks lana padega aap ko khush karne ke lia…
Sabhi banker’s ko meri taraf ujjval bhavishya k liye hardik subhkamnaye.
Lagta hai ab time bahot kam milta hoga aur jyada kaam ki bajah se thak bhi jate honge lekin jo kam karo dhyan se karna shuru me thoda tough lagega lekin sab aasan hai thode time me shikh jaoge.
Aur jis jis k hath job nahi hai nirash mat hona try n try like spiderman. 2013 ka saal sabhi k liye achchha ho sabhi k hath me bank offer letter ho.

bahut bahut dhanyawad bhai….. aur aapne bilkul sahi kaha ki jinka abhi tak nahi hua hai kahi final selection unhe bina nirash hue positive attitude ke sath lag jana chahiye….. final selection definitely hogi…. aisa hai bank ke HR khud niras hai kyuki bank me work jyada hai aur employee ki kami us se bhi jyada hai… isiliye dosto jinka bhi interview ho wo interview ke time apne face par last time tak smile hi rkhna chahe kitne bhi questions un-answered rah jaye……. kyuki wo aapme yahi dekhenge ki achanak problem badh jane se aapme jhelne ki capacity hai ki nahi……….

CPU kya hai….. pen drive kya hai…….. fir third interviewer puchhta hai ki: name the telecom minister of india and last ques: who is kapil sibbal?

I have too many doubts…request to clear them..
I got 155-Gen in June PO exams my graduation score>70 so want to understand my chances to clear the PO.
Also
2.Do we need to apply for all the banks or Banks will call us based on score?
3. How much weight-age does written exams marks have in overall process and does GD is also there with PI?
