IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

Sir… U have 2 go 2 the court. Bcos in the ibps advt there were no such criterion of percentage of marks, and after declaration of result, every Banks is now demanding 55% and 60% of marks @ graduate. what is this? If they were so required, why didn’t they tell earlier. It is against Article 14 of INDIAN CONSTITUTION.
PLease go 2 the court.. U will definitely get the natural justice.

same position here. 53% in degree. 62% in M.com and 70% in MBA. 155 in CWE of IBPS.
i spoke to HRD of corp. bank and syndicate bank today. they asked me not to apply,
they will straight forward reject my application.

my final year % is 55.1 but my overall % is 52. am i eligible for union bank.
yaa you r right. this is very unfair. if u r demanding such type of cut off marks or anything else then why are you giving chance to sit the exam.now we are passing the exam,then they are wanting all this.
same here got 145/250 but cannt aply coz of less marks in graduation.

my score in ibps po is 121 , cat OBC but b’coz of less % in degree i m not fulfil criteria,its like a cheating with our future
to fulfil the elegibilty criteria again.
there was no notification 55% at the time of
exam.wake up students and do smthing for saving our future.
how can we file case against these banks why they are following such outdated system even best banks of India brought down their criteria to give fair chance to everyone and Rbi gives chance to below 55 than why these banks are behaving like cynical we should stand against them why they allow us to gave exam if we were not eligible for post. just to gain money, corruption everywhere sab chor hai salay india main. paisa banana hai jaisay marzi banao, spoiled your career

No doubt the idea is good, but i don’t think it will work as IBPS will pass the bucks to the participating banks by saying it is there criteria. I will definitely give a try.

I scored 160 in IBPS and I have done MBA in finance and secured 69.2%. Also I did my BE in textile Technology and secured 68% SO WHAT ARE MY CHANCES TO GET SELECTED AS PO OR MT ???
same problm i’m facing i have 54% mks in aggregate,including subsidar Y but in hons i have 57 %so i am in a fix as whether to apply or not . my ibps score 149/250 & 175/300.plse advise
