IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

@ sonam… Ya…As per d coversation i had with a lady who recieved my call… She said dt scores will b out on 29th it seems…

If ds 60% and 28 years criteria is implemented for sure then i think most of d candidates will b out of d competition….and some of d candidates who got selected in ibps po 1 also gave d ibps po 2 exam nd got qualified so even dy r out of d competition… So it ll be a plus point for d rest of d candidates as competition will b less…

@Nishanth : From where u got the info on age and graduation percentage criteria…as far as i remeber till now the only official thing IBPS has announced is Common interview.

haan bhai sun-ne me to aaya hai aur uske according only graduation is needed for clerical grade.. and graduation with minimum 60% is needed for officer grad… but jinhone bhi aisa kiya hoga wo definitely itne murkh honge ki unhe apne investigation ke dauran ye bhi nahi pata ki pure india me different type university hai aur kisi me 50% laana kaafi tough hota hai to kisi me 70% bhi easily aa jate hai…. aur unko paimana banana kaha tak sahi hai…. jabki bank me entry ke liye khud hi written gd interview hota hai unko qualify karke bank entry karna bhi ek badi baat hai.. tab fir aur aisa jaante hue bhi agar aisa hota hai to iska ibps ke dwara liye gaye exam par bank ko vishwas nahi…..

@ parul… According to a leading news paper(economic times), finance ministry issued a circular to both Ibps nd Pbs banks stating to select d candidates having 60% in grad nd age upto 28 for POs it seems….

@nishanth : i just hope ki next year se implement ho yeh rule…form fill karte time ho criteria clear karna chahiye…wht the hell they change criteria any time they wish :(…this is the first time i appeared in IBPS PO aur ab yeh age limit criteria…i have turned 29..just praying to God ki yeh next year se ho.
ali aap info lo ssc se coz as far as i know u r supposed to only produce ur original certificates now whnever they asks for it.u ve got the job yaar.
lal aap idbi ka intrvw doge?kayi saare alresdy selected candidates came fr idbi,keh rahe the acha bank hai.
i had two fantastic intrvws in idbi and p n s bank bt ppl are telling me tht if u hv a good intrvw thn the chances of selection are decreased..is it so?
@ rimjhim : no way..if u had gud interview,u r gonna make it if u score well in total final score.One of the interviewer told my friend : the interview was gud” while she was stepping out of the door and yes,she made it to the final list of seletcion.

Frnds i lost my ibps po 2 challan… Exam likne ke baad socha ki qualify nahi hoonga aur careless se chalan ko kidhar udadhiya…. Now repenting for dt…. problem hoga kya….?:(

Cgl me abhi final list aani baaki hai, auditor n ac’nt/jr ac’nt ki merit base pr n tax astnt ke liye DEST ke baad merit. 27k smthin hv passed, n no of vac r 17k, so still to wait.

good….. achha hai tab.. aur jald hi wo din aa raha hai jab aap yahi par comment karogi “I have been selected” maine pahle bhi kaha hai aur aaj bhi kah rha hu………….
mai ab aage kisi bhi bank ka interview nahi dunga.. 3 ko Central bank ka hai aur usme select hone par mujhe home posting aaj na kal pakka hoga par fir bhi mai appear nahi ho rha… kyuki jab tak mera nai hua tha to maine achhi tarah se multi-selection wala tension jhela hai aur ab jab ho gaya hai to mai 1 aur multi-selection kar ke ek candidate ka seat nahi khana chahta….
idbi ko to mai waise bhi sbse last preference dta kyuki usme work target based hota hai.. bhale hi salary thoda kam ho par mental tension mai nahi lena chahta…..

aur abhi to kuch khas pata nahi chala hai training aur posting ke baare me.. abhi to sirf itna pata chala hai ki particular town ke particular branch me particular date tak join kar lena hai..
fir bhi mujhe lagta hai ki lagbhag 3 months ki training hona chahiye aur uske baad usee zone me posting bhi……. dekhte hai kya hota hai…….

Yaar mujhe aisa nahi lagta ki ibps 2 me challan se related koi problem aayegi… kyuki isme apply karne ka criteria different tha aur aisa criteria tha ki koi fake nahi ho skta…. kyuki is baar fee account me submit hone ke baad hi form accept ho rha tha….. so be cool bro………
