IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

wese ek BAAT bolu RIMJHIM SIRF interview call se matlab nahi FINAL selection ho to maza hai

2009 mein PO ki whole year mein 7000-8000 vacancy nikalti thi i know this coz mene diye the exams
2010 mein PO ki 7000-8000 PO vacancy nikali thi i know this coz mene diye the exams
2011 mein 18000 vacancy how can this possible
now i got SECRET chal of IBPS actually enko remaining Seats IBPS 2 se hi bharni hai tabhi to enhone 18000 nikali
aur Low scorers se paisa kamane ke liye ye RAAZ disclose nahi kiya
guys tum khus hi SOCHO itne to bewcoof ye bhi nahi hai
agar en ko 18000 seats IBPS 1 se bharni hoti to ye at least GEN mein 150 tak interview lete
ye sirf IBPS 2 ka wait kar rahe hai
aap khud hi soche every financial year mein ye 18000 seats PO ki bahrte to aaram se low scorer ka number aa jata
yaar jab 2009 2010 aur usse pehle bhi 7000-8000 PO ki bhari gayi to 2011 mein 18000 kyu bhari jayengi think this
and 2012 mein bhi ye 18000 bolenge aur 9000 tak bahrenge aur phir baki ki 2013 mein add hogi

ibps 2 se fill hone me abhi kaafi time lagega but hopeless mat ho abhi definitely ibps-1 me bhi abhi 160 tak ke liye hope bacha hua hai… kyuki 165 se upar almost sabhi select ho chuke hai ikka-dukka chhorkar… aur abhi bhi market me lagbhag 3000 vacancy bache hue hai aur wo bhi waiting list ko chhor kar…. aur agar waiting list ko jor lo to inki sankhya 6000+ ho jati hai.. isiliye aap bilkul tension na lete hue ibps-1 par bharosa jatate hue interview ke preparation me jut jaao….. all the very best…..

waise i think aapko nahi jana chahiye..jana hai to ab kuch aur wait kar ke aur achi jagah jao..prepare for SSC TIER-2..kuch aur bhi reasons hain jaise aap karib ek year se isi post pe saurashtra me ho..fir BOB me jaakar isi post se ek nayi start karoge,abhi aapki salary bhi zyada hai wahan jakar less milegi..work load increase hojayega..aur padhai ka time less hojayega..
mai BOB me work kar chuka hu n truely saying mai nahi samajhta ki kuch special hoga wahan jakar..is se better hoga agar aap idhar hi stay karo aur better job me jaane ki socho..aur JAIIB and CAIIB pe focus karo..kyuki BOB me bhi aapko promotion lene me 2-3 years to lag hi jaane hain..utna effort idhar kar lo..
aage jo bhi aapko theek lage aap wo karo bhai..aapko bhi kaafi experience hai..
