IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

seat khali rah gaya magar liya nahi… pata nahi 2 se 4 minute me wo humaare baare me kitna jaan lete hai aur 100 number ka interview bhi 2 se 4 minute me le lete hai…. ab to bharosa uth gaya bank par se… is se achcha ssc ke liye achcha se effort kiya rahta to ho bhi gaya rahta….. par kya sawar hua mind par ki PO banne chala… pura ka pura saal le liya aur sath me bheekh bhi le liya aur diya kya to: FRUSTRATION….

haan koshish to hum sabhi kar hi rahe hai… par aisa policy hai na ibps ka ki hum sab to jaante hi hai… itne highly qualified log ibps ka management dekh rahe hai fir bhi unka management itna ghatiya hai ki kabhi kabhi lagta hai ibps me baithe log padh ke nahi balki approach se waha pahuch gaye hai….

yar bhai kya kre hope less to hounga hi…kal bank of maharashtra me 210 me se nly 29 candidate appear hue interview me.. unhe sb dikh rha h yar phr b y????

yaar wo to hum sab ibps ke ghatiya policy ki wajah se pareshan hai fir bhi ummid rakhna hi aage badhne me helpful hota hai…….by the way agar aapne CBI me apply kiya hai to pure honesty se interview ke prprtion me lag jaao……. cbi saare candidates ko call kar raha hai… jitna cutoff form fill up karte time tha utna par hi call bhi karega……… aisa pata chala hai…..
Itne saare interview ke dauran maine paya ki kuch important questions hai jinhe hum sabhi ko prepare karke hi jana chahiye… wo mai share kar raha hu :-
* Self Introduction ( ye jitne achche tareeke se bologe usee par kaafi hadd tak aage ka question bhi match karega.. aur agar match na kare to atleast interviewer ke mind par apna chhaap to chhor hi skte ho.)
* Why bank after Graduation(for technical candidates OR how can it be helpful in banking sector(for non-technical or technical both)).
*Hobbies ( and candidates are recommended to relate their hobbies to some useful events like if ur hobby is cricket then u can say that u were the captain of your team and was capable to manage them so you are experienced and so u have quality of a leader)
