IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

This IBPS system really sucks. Earlier banks said that they were facing the pressure from IBPS to declare results earlier but it seems like bank r giving pressure to the candidates by not declaring the results earlier. They don’t even bother about the candidates..
Till now I got interview call from 9 banks and given 4 interviews i don’t want to give further interviews and i believe that many candidates who had got interview call from all banks don’t want to give any interview further if they got the selection in any bank. But these banks r not thinking about that. It is for sure that in clerk recruitment these banks will definitely face the problems of overlapping of candidates….
This really shows the Generation gap of old employees and new aspirants…
I don’t what they r upto….. But the system is not correct….

Hi all, whole system of ibps s wrong why thy bank ppl r nt thnking tat same ppl r gettg chances fr intw, who s alredy selected..totaly thy r cheating wt us. I cleared all ibps po(147),clerk(165 delhi)& so(127 technical)..bt all r fruitless. This(po-2) was my last affort….we hav a time of 2 mth lets see, wat new thngs ibps wil do dis time.

HI Banks-India.com the banks-india forum is for discussing on cmng exams, interviews; sharing interview experiences ; passing informtion regarding cut off, cmng examintations. its not a social network to vent out people feelings, frustration nd silly talks. The forum is filled with irrevelant stuffs.
now tat i ‘m looking for relevant information its very difficult to go thru all these junks nd find something valid.
do something towards this. take steps to clear off the junk from the site.mak it a point only to enter relevant comments.
otherwise the viewership of the site is definitely gonna be affected. i guess it already is.

i hav recently joined as PO in Gramya bank & also qualified in RBI Asst.
so i want to know which one is better & if i ll leave PO then i hav 2 give 1lakh
so kindly suggest me what 2 do.Plz………..
If i were at the same place then i would have gone through Gramya bank… although your situation is tough to decide.. as it depends upon many factor like posting place bond condition and etc.. If you have been posted in the area of your choice then no need to break the bond and just go through Gramya Bank as PO…. best of luck bro……

lal aur arya bahut tajurba rakhte hain in sab chijon mei meri to itni knowledge nahi hai
phir bhi jab apne meri ray mangi hai to mei yehi kehna chahunga
ki ye bahut tuf decision hai aapka agar rbi mei ho gaya to apko 19000 salary milegi abhi apko 27-28000 milti hogi, 1lakh ka bond bhi hai
par dusre taraf rbi rbi hai rbi mei apko 10-5pm kam karna padega, weekly 5 days working aur rbi mei apka promotion ho gaya asst se to aur kya chahiye
tashu mei yehi kehna chahunga ki aap salary pe na jaye rbi mei job pana apne mei ek bahut badi baat hai, dont go by the salary just go by the names
aap rbi hi join karna kyun ki mene dekha hai kai log mujhse ake bolte hain ki hume gramya bank mei nahi rehna hame bhi nationalize bank chahiye bhale hi working hrs aur workload zada ho
isliye aap ye oportunity miss na karein rbi ti inn sab bankon ka baap hi hai

Hi frnds. Gd mrng. Give sme ideas hw to prepare fr canara bank clrk GD & intrw. Also they vl cndct proficiency test n state lang. Wt vl they ask in ths test? Plz hlp frnds.
hi shujana.. As far as gd is concerned first of all it will nt be as mouch tough.. U can speak in hindi or english.. There z no check on fluency of english bt it will be sure that u have be confident and also be clear abt ur comments so that u can justify.. Dont make there fish market..let others also speak.. watever u say u shud be precise and clear..topics would be general like reforms in banking, eurozone crises,dollars vs rupees, arrange marriage r love marriage, indian economy rise r fall, abt 2G spectrum,lokpal bill shud b there r not….. …..try reading news daily.. And dont show aquiet face there in gd .. at first if u dont get points listen to others for comments and jump into discussion as soon as possible…

Intelligence Bureau… jisme abhi Assistant Central Investigation Officer post ke liye vacancy aayi hai… isme 100 question hote hai and no negative marking… pay scale bhi jabardast hai ssc ki jaisa hi….
